Our products can be returned within 14 days of arrival. If you’d like to request a return or exchange due to damage, or if you simply no longer need your order, please reach out to contact@enlightenmentplanner.com. Our team will gladly guide you through the return or exchange process.
Return Details
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: As a small business, returns have a significant impact. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
