When can I expect to receive my item?

All orders are processed within a 24 business hour period. For priority USPS shipping, expect to receive the item in 2-3 business days. For media mail USPS shipping, expect to receive the item within 3-8 business days.

Free shipping is for domestic orders only. (Media Mail USPS shipping)

*For international shipping (outside of the US), final rates are calculated accordingly to weight and destination.  

What is your return policy?

All unused products in the same condition can be returned within 14 days of arrival. If you received a damaged item, we can exchange for a replacement, please reach out to contact@enlightenmentplanner.com. We will gladly guide you through our return/exchange process.

15% RESTOCKING FEE. We are a small business, so every return affects us greatly. There is a 15% restocking fee for all requested returns. If applicable, 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return of product is required for a full refund, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
